Seems like a slow news day today, so just a couple of stories from Autosport.
The first and most important is that Martin Whitmarsh has said that he will not stand for reelection at the head of FOTA, basically the group that collected the teams under one umbrella. Martin Whitmarsh has been the chairman of FOTA since 2009, taking over from Ferrari president, Montezemelo.
FOTA was at the head of a budget cap argument that eventually lead to several teams breaking away. Currently, Ferrari, Scuderia Toro Rosso, Red Bull, Sauber and HRT are not members of the association.
